The commissioning fee initiates
the first steps of this special
process. This fee enables us to
reserve space in our fabrication
schedule from your project and
allows us to begin the steps
necessary to move to a formal
purchasing agreement.Click

Upon client approval of
Purchasing Agreement and receipt
of a 40% deposit production
steps are initiated. It is from
this point that the estimated
delivery schedule time structure
starts.
- Design / Review Stage
- Implementation of
client ideas and/or
information
- Your Drawings and/or
plans are carefully
reviewed
- This process ensures the
overall compatibility of the
Dome with the rest of the
entire project, in
accordance with clients
wishes.
This is also the
period where any changes may
be introduced and approved
prior to beginning of
fabrication.
- Fabrication Stage
- Under professional
supervision working
drawings are implemented
in a shop setting and
fabrication begins.
Second draw of 40% is
received (At structural
completion)
- Finishing Stage
- Specified Finish is
applied, Trim Rings are
completed, Lighting
Systems are installed,
and Special Options are
finalized
Final Draw of 20% is due
C.O.D.
- Delivery, Installation
Stage
- Installation is
scheduled for Project,
job site is already
prepared
- Installation begins
under careful
supervision following
our published
installation guide.
